The UPCShop offers you a free delivery system for your orders at specific UPC points:

Orders can be picked up at these delivery points on the first Monday after 8 days of placing the order through this virtual platform. It should be noted that these free deliveries are only made at these specific UPC points.
Shipments with ports at the user's expense
The UPCShop also offers a delivery system with ports paid by the user to send the order to the address that suits you.
If you have chosen this type of delivery, do not forget to indicate the delivery address in the ‘Delivery address’ section when you place the order, in addition to activating the corresponding option in the form provided .
When selecting a shipping address, remember to choose one that is regularly visited.
Remember that the UPCShop allows you to send the order to an address different from the billing address, whose data you will have to enter in a different form.
What can you do if your order does not arrive?
If the order does not arrive at the address you indicated and you registered beforehand or during the purchase, you can check the status through the virtual platform or contact us through the page ‘ Contact’.

The UPCShop recommends that you register as a user of the virtual store, for future purchases and to be able to track the progress of the order.
Once registered, you can log in at any time to manage your main billing data or delivery address, change your password or view your order status.
